Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look at overall management also control of the kitchen department.
∎ Knowledge about Continental(Bangla) Cuisine/ Mexican Food/ Thai Chinese Cuisine / Pastry Cuisine.
∎ Responsible for planning and directing food.
∎ Ensure that all food preparation and cooking activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
