Education:

• Minimum 4 years Bachelor’s in Education (Hons)/BSc in Educational Technology & Engineering from any reputed and govt. recognized university.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including: - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign –for designing multi-page educational materials (e.g., books, guides, worksheets)

• Age not above 35 year(s) on the last date for submission of application (as per NID card)

• Experience in Educational Web/App Development after graduation.

• Create visuals that support learning objectives and enhance student understanding.

• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.

• Experience in curriculum, content and training module development adds extra qualifications.

• Should be friendly, proactive, self-motivated and hardworking.

ASA is one of the biggest MFIs in the world with around 26 thousand employees serving around 70 lakh clients across the country. ASA Education Program (ASAEP) aims to boost literacy in Bangladesh by supporting underprivileged primary-level students at risk of dropping out. These students, often from low-income families of ASA members & others, struggle with academic progress due to lack of resources and support at home. ASAEP operates 15,750 education centers & 64 learning centers across the country, providing after-school educational assistance from pre- primary to grade eight. In 2025, we are supporting 6.20 lakh students. The program plays a vital role in reducing dropout rates by providing extra care and guidance beyond regular school hours to improve the quality of education. ASA welcomes you to take the initial challenges in this process. Currently, we are seeking applications from suitable individuals to fill up the vacant position titled "Content Designer, Education”. Major responsibilities of the said position include:

• Design & Develop Educational Illustrations: Create visually engaging, age-appropriate illustrations that complement textbooks, e-learning modules, worksheets, and other educational materials.

• Collaborate with Content Developers: Work closely with curriculum designers and content developers to ensure visual content aligns with educational goals.

• Ensure Cultural Relevance and Diversity: Design illustrations that are culturally appropriate, inclusive, and support diverse learning outcomes.

• Adapt for Multiple Platforms: Modify illustrations for both print and digital formats to ensure consistency across various mediums.

• Apply Child Development Knowledge: Design age-appropriate content that supports child development and learning needs.

• Undertaking any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.

• Salary: Negotiable.

• Others allowance and benefits will be provided as per organization policy.

• Contractual (initially one year). However, based on employees performance, fund availability and organizational needs, employment contract may be renewed.
