Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop communication plan for consumer-facing campaigns across all relevant touchpoints.
∎ Ensure development and timely delivery of proper content/ creative materials for consumer campaigns across relevant media.
∎ Maintain the weekly, monthly and quarterly calendar for consumer campaigns in coordination with other teams (ie. Media & Digital, Product and strategy, B2B, etc.).
∎ Initiate and plan alternative channels/ media for the effective presence of consumer campaigns.
∎ Track and analyze consumer campaign performance and present respective reports after each campaign.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in prominent creative agency/ telecom is preferred.***
∎ Sound understanding of advertising, digital platforms and app marketing.
∎ A clear understanding of the service industry and business.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and effective negotiation skills.
∎ Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to plan and execute campaigns.
