Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Degree in Economic, Business Administration, Marine Science, Aquaculture, Fisheries and related field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ General overview on all types of fish feeds used in the northwest Bangladesh.
∎ Demand and supply gap of carp fish feed: present and next 5 years.
∎ Factors that influence the price of feed (include separate sections for production profitability and market margin).
∎ In depth assessment of the existing market system of carp feeds and ingredients.
∎ Factors that regulate consumer preference.
∎ Assessment of the possible reasons/sources of contamination in fish feed and ingredients.
∎ Financial transaction, documentation/digitalization, and credit system among feed value chain actors and possible ways of small holders to access credits to access feed for intensifying their production.
∎ Constraint and opportunity analysis of imported and local feed ingredients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in market assessment in Bangladesh.
∎ At least 2-3 assignment completed in aquaculture related market.
∎ Preference in experience in fish feed market assessment.
