Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Natural Resource Management or Fisheries and Bachelor Sciences in Aquaculture, Marine Science, Fisheries or related subject from an accredited university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design training program at the international standard.
∎ Developing training materials (technical) for seaweed, green mussel, crab fattening and small dry fish beneficiary with the assistance of WorldFish.
∎ Prepare a follow-up training meeting module that will be used to educate producer groups about their role in the marine biodiversity conservation and relevant issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Wide experience in conducting or managing training on innovative alternative income generating activities (AIGAs).
∎ Experience in developing training-meeting modules.
∎ Facilitating experience for national or international training sessions /seminars.
∎ Good report writing skills.
∎ Experience in publishing international peer-reviewed journals relevant to natural resource management/co-management/fisheries resource management/megafauna conservation would be an added advantage.
∎ For highly deserving candidates with significant working experience in the related filed, educational requirements and publishing in international journals will be relaxed.
