Responsibilities & Context:

Community Development Association (CDA) is a Northern based NGDO in Bangladesh is implementing “Sustainable Organization for Land rights and Agrarian Reform (SOLAR)” Program requires some qualified candidates having competency on Institution Building, organizing, supervising connect & influence the grass-root people with good command in English, Planning, Proposal & Report writing based on ability to pick up the problematic issues from the disempowered rural poor and contribute to achieve the ICESCR, Civil & Political Human Rights.
