∎ Age 23 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons for O levels and A levels candidate following Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) standards.
∎ Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons using active, student-centered teaching methodologies.
∎ Design, format, and submit soft copies of question papers, mark schemes, and lesson plans in accordance with academic schedules.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate mark sheets, grades, and student report cards.
∎ Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
∎ Participate in parent-teacher meetings and maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
∎ Provide academic and moral guidance to students, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and confidence.
∎ Support and mentor students for CAIE examinations, including mock exams and past paper practice.
∎ Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum planning, resource development, and school performance.
∎ Contribute to extracurricular activities, student events, and school functions.
∎ Attend professional development sessions and stay updated on CAIE syllabus changes and educational trends.
