• Previous experience in using prescription / patient management software in hospital / doctor chamber will get preference.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families.

• Proficiency in using computer applications and prescription / patient management.

• Familiarity with gynecological terminology and healthcare operations is an advantage.

• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during challenging interactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription as per instruction of Gynecologist.

• Sound knowledge on Prescription/Patient management software.

• Accurately input, update, and maintain patient information and investigation data.

• Generate and distribute prescription to doctor and patient.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and system backups, to ensure system reliability and security.

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and prescription/patient management software.

• Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered and resolved.

• Ensure that all patient data is handled in compliance with regulations and other relevant security protocols.

• Work closely with the IT department and gynecology team to improve system performance and address any technical challenges.
