Century Education is a leading consultancy firm working with Japanese visa processing and documentation services. We are looking for a smart, hardworking, and responsible individual for the position of File Processing Operator.

The candidate will be responsible for handling Japanese-related documents, maintaining files, communicating with clients, and supporting consultancy operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and basic digital skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper file management system (both digital & physical)

• Work on Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting

• Use Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive for data entry and file sharing

• Perform web browsing and online research for required information

• Edit and manage documents using PDF tools (merge, convert, edit, etc.)

• Design basic social media posts using Canva when required

• Assist in running or supporting Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns

• Communicate with clients and provide consultancy support (online/offline)

• Follow up with clients for missing documents or updates

• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Work under pressure to ensure smooth and timely file processing

• Coordinate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
