Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be Computer Operator cum Office Assistant, responsible for receiving letters, messages, and documents and dispatch them to the concerned end by keeping records.
∎ Must have expertise in typing in both Bangla and English.
∎ Typing and Filing Documents in a professional manner.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
∎ Maintain customer complaint register.
∎ Ensure gentle and welcoming reception for walk-in Customers/Visitors with an appropriate and professional attitude.
∎ Handle all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.
∎ Incoming and outgoing courier tracking and register maintenance.
∎ Official file and document management.
∎ Welcome, all visitors attend to their requirements, providing customer service, in order to portray a positive image of the company.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Course completed from any Computer Academy (Basic Computer)
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Capable of operating Web Sites, COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Customer Support, Graphic Designer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Communication skill, Computer Operator, Ms Office Suite
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, Travel Agent
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have standard typing Speed in English, Bengali & Arabic ( Candidates having graphic design knowledge will be preferred)
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
