Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially English and Bangla typing).
∎ Handle phone calls incoming/outgoing with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper places/persons and keep records.
∎ Provide necessary information to the Client, and take messages.
∎ Internal & External clients handle with good smiley mannerism and well behavior.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules.
∎ Received phone call & transfer it to the concerned person.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
