Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement training plans based on a user’s knowledge and skills gap.
∎ Develop and present training materials, such as teacher-led training sessions, online tutorials, or guided hands-on exercises.
∎ Adapt training materials to the user’s level of knowledge and learning style.
∎ Assist learners with problems during hands-on exercises or sessions.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
∎ Update and maintain user records, such as trainee progress and results.
