4 years' Honors (Graduation) or a Master’s (Postgraduate) degree in any discipline from any reputed institution preferably in Accounting or Finance or Law
Chartered Secretary (CS) or equivalent professional degree will be preferred;

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Be capable of coordinating Board meetings, preparing agendas/minutes, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance in line with Brokerage and Bangladesh Securities and Exchange & Commission.
Minimum 05 years of Capital Market experience including 02 years in the relevant field/sector.
