Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Also Master's degree in journalism/mass communication/International Relations/ relevant field from any recognized university.
∎
∎ Any third division/class in an academic career will lead to ineligibility
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience on Relevant Field
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthen government health system for integrated TB control and prevention services
∎ Promote government ownership and stewardship for implementing TB services
∎ Support National TB Programme for implementation and long-term sustainability
∎ Coordinated planning with NTP in support of the transition towards government stewards
∎ Of key program activities.
∎ Monitor and supervise the implementation of TB program with extensive field visits
∎ Responsible for implementation of ACSM activities through different methods/approaches.
∎ Support preparing communication guidelines, tools, and materials according to the national guidelines.
∎ Development of IEC materials if required, in consultation with NTP and PR-BRAC
∎ Monitor regularly , different advocacy and communication message ongoing in the field
∎ Supervise and arrange special events
∎ Supervise communication activities implemented in the field and in different medial. Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports on communication and disseminate to the related stakeholders
∎ Maintain regular communication with PR-BRAC, NTP, and related stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work with government, development partners and other stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Adequate knowledge in the health and social structures of Bangladesh .
∎ Storng interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills, both in Bangla and English .
∎ Knowledge in Application of Software, eg. Microsoft Word , Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint .
Salary:
∎ Tk. 34600 - 35800 (Monthly)
∎ No festive bonus
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
