• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age At most 35 years

• Handle L/C (Letter of Credit), TT (Telegraphic Transfer), back-to-back L/C, and other trade documentation.
• Manage customs clearance, shipment schedules, and logistics coordination.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and C&F (Clearing & Forwarding) agents.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank and NBR (National Board of Revenue) regulations.

Procurement & Supply Chain

• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Plan and manage material requirements and inventory levels.
• Oversee local and foreign purchases in line with company policy.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.

Financial & Cost Control

• Prepare cost sheets and profitability analysis for commercial activities.
• Monitor foreign currency transactions, payment schedules, and bank guarantees.
• Ensure proper budgeting and cost optimization.
• Liaise with finance and accounts teams for timely payment and reconciliation.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all commercial operations comply with Bangladesh Customs, VAT, Tax, and Trade License requirements.
• Prepare and maintain import/export documents, shipping papers, bond licenses, and regulatory certificates.
• Keep updated with trade laws, duty structures, and government incentives.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with production, marketing, sales, and logistics departments.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, shipping lines, and banks.
• Manage and report on commercial activities to top management.

Strategic & Risk Management

• Analyze market trends and currency fluctuations to minimize risks.
• Develop strategies for sourcing, pricing, and trade to increase profitability.
• Ensure smooth supply chain flow to avoid production delays.
