• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

• 5-10 (s) years practical experience in commercial department in large organization.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Banking, Export/Import through L/C

• Computer skills in MS-Office, MS Excel, Windows OS. PDF, e-mail and internet browsing.

• Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.

• Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.

• Have sound Knowledge of International and Local laws regarding Import/ Export to & from Bangladesh.

• Practical & Adequate knowledge in export documents related with Bank, C&F, EPB, Customs, Shipping Line and Freight forwarders, Import through L/C& T/T etc.

• Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter , Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR & other delegates etc.

• Communicate with foreign exporter /supplier effectively regarding different commercial issue.

• Manage the importation of goods from other countries by arranging in time BTB LC and ensure items are shipped by the most expedient and cost-effective methods.

• Must be updated on the latest Customs and International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.

• Knowledge about handle of Port and Customs Operation effectively.

• Should have good analytical ability and high level professional integrity.

• To keep up to date records of all buyers’ order information’s, Shipment & BTB Liabilities etc.

• Should be adept in handling commercial matters of a large group/Knit Composite Garments & / Textile/ Sweater Company/Spinning industry such as banking with proper planning, customs, import and export documentation, Project & Other financing, Data management regarding Exports & Bank liabilities, license renewal, Limit renewal etc. The incumbent will have to lead a team of executives and ensure smooth implementation of all the commercial related jobs independently.
