• 6–10 years of experience in commercial, supply chain, or procurement management (3 years working experience in skincare sector is preferred).

• Strong knowledge of LC, banking, customs, VAT, and tax regulations in Bangladesh.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The Commercial Manager will oversee the organization’s commercial activities, ensuring effective procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements in Bangladesh. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills to drive cost efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage procurement, import/export documentation, LC (Letter of Credit), customs clearance, and supply chain operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh trade regulations, VAT, tax, and customs laws.
• Lead contract drafting, review, and administration with stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely payment, shipment, and delivery.
• Prepare periodic reports on commercial activities, risks, and performance KPIs.
• Supervise and develop the commercial team to enhance departmental performance.
