Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee & beverages and at the same time acting as a Guest Hostess, welcoming and assisting guests with a warm and professional approach. This role combines service excellence, beverage preparation, and guest relations to deliver an exceptional dining and café experience.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages.
Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all drinks.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café station and equipment.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
Suggest new beverage ideas and seasonal specials.
