Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Application is invited for the position of Clinical Teacher (Nursing) on prevailing terms and conditions of ANNI&C.
To supervise nursing students during their clinical rotations.
To guide students in applying nursing theory to real patient care.
To ensure students provide safe, ethical, and evidence-based care.
To make duty roster of intern nurses as per BNMC curriculum.
To ensure regular attendance of intern nurses as per duty roster.
To demonstrate nursing procedures and skills.
To prepare and deliver pre-clinical orientations and post-clinical debriefings.
To reinforce nursing concepts taught in the classroom.
To assist students in developing clinical judgment and prioritization skills.
To evaluate student performance using observation, checklists, and documentation.
To maintain accurate records of student progress.
To serve as a role model for professional nursing behavior and communication.
To liaise between academic institutions and clinical sites.
To collaborate with staff nurses and healthcare teams to support student learning.
To attend faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development when applicable.
To ensure students adhere to infection control, safety, and institutional policies.
· To prepare the course outline, lesson plan and conduct theoretical and tutorial classes.
· Preparing and delivering lectures to students as per the academic calendar.
· To guide and supervise project work, assignment, internship, dissertation, or thesis as and when assigned.
· To execute any other duties assigned by the authority.
