Responsibilities & Context:
Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments as instructed by physicians.
Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and documentation.
Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
Provide pre- and post-operative care as required.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication usage, and health management.
Ensure proper infection control practices and hygiene standards.
Manage emergency situations and provide first aid support when necessary.
Coordinate with medical team members to ensure smooth patient services.
Maintain clinical equipment, inventory, and supplies in designated areas.
