Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the high-quality care of the patients and their needs are met promptly.

  • To monitor, assess, and record patients' conditions and vital signs.

  • To administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

  • To provide emotional support to patients and their families.

  • To prepare patients for medical procedures or surgeries.

  • To maintain accurate, detailed patient records and charts.

  • To collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • To report any changes in patient conditions to physicians.

  • To educate patients and families on care plans, medication, and lifestyle changes.

  • To follow protocols for infection prevention and hygiene.

  • To help in managing inventory of supplies and equipment.

  • To maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

  • To provide immediate care in emergencies

  • To respond on emergencies and unexpected situations efficiently and calmly.

  • To follow the hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • To prepare and submit reports on floor operations, incidents, and patient care outcomes.

  • To ensure the emergency procedures are followed and staff are trained in emergency protocols.

  • To maintain accurate records of incidents, staff attendance, and patient care activities.

  • To implement and monitor changes aimed at enhancing the quality of care and operational efficiency.

  • To provide support and guidance to concerned staff to foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.

  • To execute any other duties as directed by the authority.
