Valid nursing license (RN) from BNMC

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Chamber

• Age 18 to 35 years
• Only Female

*Must have experience working in an operation theatre.

*Candidates with experience in ENT will be given preference.

1. Patient Care:·

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring proper dosage and monitoring for side effects.

• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, and ensure timely and appropriate interventions for patient conditions.

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

• Assist in managing patients with chronic conditions, post-operative care, or acute medical conditions, ensuring optimal recovery.

2. Supervision and Mentorship:

• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to junior nurses and ensure their work is completed accurately and efficiently.

• Offer training and support to new nursing staff and interns, promoting professional development within the nursing team.

3. Patient Education:

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.

• Provide health promotion and disease prevention education to patients, encouraging healthier lifestyles and self-care.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

• Participate in patient rounds and case discussions, offering insights and recommendations based on patient assessments.

• Ensure effective communication between nursing staff and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote coordinated care.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Adhere to established nursing protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care.

• Participate in hospital quality improvement programs, audits, and patient safety initiatives to maintain high standards of care.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards in the delivery of patient care.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting nursing interventions, patient responses, and care outcomes.

• Report any incidents, complications, or concerns to senior management and contribute to incident investigations as needed.

• Prepare and submit nursing reports and documentation for medical records and regulatory purposes.

7. Emergency Care:

• Respond to medical emergencies in the hospital, providing immediate care and stabilizing patients as necessary.

• Assist in resuscitation efforts and life-saving procedures during critical situations.

8. Professional Development:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in nursing practices, medical advancements, and hospital procedures.

• Attend training programs, workshops, and continuing education sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and nursing skills.

• Participate in nursing committees, conferences, and meetings to contribute to the development of hospital policies and best practices.
