Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hire and manage a network of subcontractors across various U.S. states
∎ Coordinate with U.S.-based clients regarding property preservation tasks and timelines
∎ Monitor work order status and ensure all assignments are completed on time
∎ Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with clients and contractors
∎ Negotiate rates, assign tasks, and follow up to ensure quality work is delivered
∎ Handle escalation issues, provide reports, and ensure service-level expectations are met
∎ Use internal tools and platforms to track job progress and vendor compliance
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in any field
∎ 1-2 years of Experience in Vendor Management and client coordination
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in the U.S property Preservation industry
∎ Prior experience working in BPO Firm is preferred
∎ Excellentverbal and written English Communtation Skills
∎ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
∎ Age must be at least 24 years
∎ We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Vendor Managers / Client Coordinators to join our Property Preservation Division. This role requires managing U.S.-based subcontractors, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the timely completion of field services in the property preservation industry.

∎ Key Responsibilities
