- Must able to good at speaking, reading and writing in Chinese
Responsibilities & Context:
- Listen to complete statements in chinese/Bangla, translate to Chinese/English/Bangla, and translate responses from Bangla into the Chinese language; express either approximate or exact translation, depending on the nature of occasion.
- To Provide accurate and effective interpretation between Chinese and Bengali/English during meetings, negotiations, and other communication channels.
- To Assist in the preparation of bilingual documents for internal and external communication.
- Responsible for translating the documents, Chinese to Bangla/English, Bangla/English to Chinese.
- Read documents in the Chinese language in well-conversed way, sentence structure and punctuation.
- Serve as an interpreter at speeches, meetings and teleconferences, providing consecutive or simultaneous translation between Chinese & Bangla languages.
- Receive briefing or prepare through reading and study on the subject to be discussed before the interpreting session.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, especially when dealing with sensitive business information and negotiations.
- Any other job as assigned by the Management.
- Job location is in Mirsharai, Chattogram
