∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as an interpreter (preferably in a factory or technical setting)
∎ Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Professional, reliable, and adaptable to fast-paced environments

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interpret between Chinese, English, and Bengali during meetings and daily operations
∎ Translate documents, manuals, and internal communications
∎ Support coordination between Chinese supervisors and local teamsEnsure clarity and accuracy in all communication
∎ Assist with on-boarding and training sessions involving Chinese-speaking staff
