Responsibilities & Context:
Job Vacancy: Factory Translators (6 Male)
Working Location: National Special Economic Zone, Mirsharai, Chattogram
Salary: ৳60,000 - ৳75,000
Accommodation and meals are provided by the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary interpreter between Chinese-speaking management and local English and/or Bangla-speaking employees.
Translate technical and operational discussions related to steel production, safety procedures, and quality control.
Facilitate clear communication in meetings, on the factory floor, and during training to prevent misunderstandings and resolve conflicts.
Supervise and manage a team of local factory workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Serve as the point of contact for workers' concerns, questions, and feedback, relaying information to management and finding solutions.
Promote a positive and safe working culture by enforcing company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
HSK 4 proficiency or higher.
Factory work experience (2-5 years)
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
