Responsibilities & Context:

Job Vacancy: Factory Translators (6 Male)

Working Location: National Special Economic Zone, Mirsharai, Chattogram

Salary: ৳60,000 - ৳75,000

• Accommodation and meals are provided by the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary interpreter between Chinese-speaking management and local English and/or Bangla-speaking employees.

• Translate technical and operational discussions related to steel production, safety procedures, and quality control.

• Facilitate clear communication in meetings, on the factory floor, and during training to prevent misunderstandings and resolve conflicts.

• Supervise and manage a team of local factory workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Serve as the point of contact for workers' concerns, questions, and feedback, relaying information to management and finding solutions.

• Promote a positive and safe working culture by enforcing company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• HSK 4 proficiency or higher.

• Factory work experience (2-5 years)

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Worker Management skill

• Provide fluent translation and interpretation for communication between Chinese and English/Bangla-speaking colleagues.

Requirements:

• Chinese level 6 proficiency or higher.

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Proficient in computer operating systems.

• Strong communication skills.
