Educational Requirements:
∎ Engineering Degree (Electrical / Mechanical) is required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees all aspects of operations and Activities for multiple power plants Being Implemented with Different Segments (Solar/LNG/HFO)
∎ Lead and direct day-to-day operations of the company to ensure reliable performance. This includes providing leadership and direction to the team to ensure the organization's strategic plan is translated into tactical goals and objectives that guarantee performance objectives are met or exceeded.
∎ Lead and support strategic planning processes to balance funding and operational objectives .
∎ Monitor the business environment and industry trends and adjust the organization to gain optimal performance.
∎ Drive the organization's culture to focus on greater accountability and performance. Facilitate a culture of trust, empowerment, engagement, and solution development. Raise the level of talent at all levels of Power Generation through the implementation of training, development programs and improved hiring practices. Focus on developing leaders and creating a path for employee development.
∎ Maintain a thorough knowledge of regulatory standards, laws, and company policies
∎ Develop and maintain harmonious working relationships with other members of the Power Team, departments, and company personnel, Foreign Partners and provide active response to get the best Results in the shortest time.
∎ Establish and maintain productive relationships with Foreign Partners. Represent the Company and lead negotiation of collective bargaining contracts.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Excellent Command of English Language (Written/Spoken)
∎ Previous Experience in Mega Power Plant Project that involves Foreign Partners is a Must.
∎ 10+ years relevant and progressive leadership and technical experience Related to power plant operations, maintenance, and/or capital project development
∎ Experience leading /managing large project implementations and related budgets, personnel, risk and contingency plans.
∎ Experience working on engineering standards, designs, or projects, and understanding of plant modification and engineering review/response processes.
∎ Demonstrated ability in recruiting and developing individual contributor and leadership talent.
∎ Experience in overseeing the planning and execution of power plant outages. (preferred)
∎ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and/or major corporate initiatives. (preferred)
∎ Labor relations (including grievance dispute resolution and collective bargaining negotiations)
∎ Maintain Excellent Relation with BPDB and All its Related subsidiaries is a Must .
∎ Knowledge and technical expertise in power plant operations and maintenance-understanding the key drivers for safe, reliable, cost effective and compliant operation
∎ Proven ability to quickly assess the business, identify key issues affecting poor performance, and implement successful solutions.
∎ Regulatory knowledge associated with operation of a power plant
∎ Financial management skills
∎ Ability to develop and manage a budget
∎ Business Acumen/Industry knowledge (regulated/non-regulated environment)
∎ Broad business knowledge with understanding of how utilities make money in a regulated market
∎ Ability to think strategically and plan for the future while still focusing on day-to-day operations.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities-effective prioritization of competing issues, recognizing relevant constraints and opportunities
∎ Managed a geographically dispersed operations team of at least 200 employees.
∎ Ability to lead organization through change management initiatives
∎ Leadership skills, including the ability to effectively coach others and hold employees accountable
∎ Ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and diplomatically to all levels of organization, including executives, and in public forums.
