Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform troubleshooting and attend to breakdowns of construction plant and equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ Plan and execute periodic maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth operation of machinery.
∎ Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues in various types of construction equipment, such as batching plants, cranes, excavators, and other heavy machinery.
∎ Ensure all repairs and maintenance work comply with safety standards and operational guidelines.
∎ Maintain records of equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
∎ Coordinate with the site team to identify equipment needs and prioritize tasks.
∎ Work collaboratively with vendors and suppliers to procure spare parts and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Be available to work in both day and night shifts as required by the project.
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Engineer (Plant Maintenance) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience working with various types of construction plant and machinery, handling troubleshooting, breakdowns, and periodic maintenance. The location of the project is Jumana River Crossing Project and the position is Contract Basics/ Project Basis.
∎ Key Responsibilities
