∎ For this position, 2-3 years of experience is required in handling the plant machine maintenance work.
∎ This position should be familiar with MS Office applications.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla & English are a must.
∎ Working experience with the SAP environment will be preferred.
∎ Should have the capability to assist in preparing Daily/Monthly/Annual reports.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Sunrise meetings with Operators and summarize the previous day's breakdowns attended.
∎ Carrying out Troubleshooting & Maintenance of 1500 KVA Sub-Station, Generator and Compressor.
∎ Identify the root causes of the breakdown and maintain the history card for each machine.
∎ Planning & supervising the modification/upgrade of electrical systems for better process control and making the electrical system more power efficient.
∎ Upgrade and Modification of Factory Automation & Process Automation Projects with PLC & HMI.
∎ Erection & Commissioning of New Machineries.
∎ Prepare spare requirements & follow up on the procurement.
∎ Maintaining properly all electrical & fire safety equipment in the factory.
∎ Upgrade Documentation System by Preparing and Implementing Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all Equipment and Machinery.
∎ Support the Emergency Response team on site incident management.
∎ Train Operators on multi-skilling, to continue to deliver output, even in case of absenteeism of key resources.
∎ Maintain proper IR (Industrial Relations) with all Operators, with disciplinary control.
∎ The Executive, Plant Maintenance (Electrical) is responsible for maintaining the factory maintenance work, should anticipate predictive & preventive maintenance, should gather knowledge & be dedicated to the company during any breakdown to make less downtime as much as possible to achieve the goal.
