Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
∎ Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
∎ Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
∎ Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
∎ Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
∎ Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
∎ Lead creatives to encourage maximum performance and dedication
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
∎ Manage relationships with partners/clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position & at least 16 years’ experiences in a print, media & advertising company.
∎ Understanding of creative digital product development
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
∎ Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
∎ Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.
