∎ Masters / Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will be responsible for delivering upon all objectives ensuring cost efficiency, budget forecasting, ROI program, benchmark identification, etc of the organization.
∎ S/he will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing the company's overall strategic moves.
∎ S/he will be responsible for developing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts for business expenses, revenue, and margin including recapping and analyzing business results versus plans to experience optimized level of financial performance
∎ S/he will be responsible for directing and ensuring the performance of all the departments including KPI fulfilment.
∎ S/he will be responsible for identifying and implementing appropriate sales strategies including retail, whole sale and B2B.
∎ S/he will be responsible for developing and overseeing execution of different marketing programs to drive sales and profits.
∎ S/he will be responsible for taking steps in connection with foreseeing demand and supply, ensuring smooth customer experience, increasing customer engagement, improving customer conversion rates, driving revenue & profitability, etc.
∎ S/he will be responsible for converting data, metrics' information and quantitative/qualitative analysis into actionable marketing or business plans.
∎ S/he will be responsible for identifying and implementing potential sourcing solutions.
∎ S/he will be responsible for strategies related to event of contents and promotional campaigns to ensure maximum product exposure across website and all the marketing channels in alignment with marketing direction and inventory.
∎ S/he will be responsible for managing relationship with internal and external stakeholders to develop and update strategy on a regular basis.
∎ S/he will be responsible for reporting financial/business performance and any strategic developments on a regular basis.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.

∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
Salary: Tk. 150000 (Monthly)
