• Masters in Finance.

• Qualified or Partly qualified CMA/CA.

• Proven working experience (10 years) in a similar role.

• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.

• Hands-on experience with budgeting, risk and treasury management.

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.

• Solid analytical and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

• Formulation and implementation of applicable accounting policies and processes including accounting of transactions in the general ledger.

• Supervise and lead the accounts and finance department.

• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Builds and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.

• Oversees and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.

• Present financial issues to the Management for review and decision.

• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities within the scope.

• Preparation of the quarterly and yearly budget of the company, variance analysis and actual cash flow reporting on monthly basis.

• Managing the corporate tax and VAT affairs of the company.

• Monitoring Internal Audit & Controlling.
