∎ 12 to 16 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish finance operational strategies, plan, implement, design systems, resolve problems;
∎ implement Change,
∎ Manage and run all the finance activities of the company like: Partnering with respective Country Heads to provide financial perspective to business decisions
∎ Preparing of budget, rolling forecast, reporting of actual against budget and variance analysis
∎ Statutory reporting and management of audits
∎ Managing operational accounting activities like accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, etc.
∎ Managing local compliance and Governance
∎ Managing business and cash flow
∎ Managing financial discipline in the company and ensuring that all of the company's financial practices are in-line with statutory regulations, internal policies & SOPs
∎ Exploring ways of improving profitability, and analyze markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers or acquisitions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 37 years

∎ Analytical Skills
∎ Good Proficiency in English and Computer Literacy with Microsoft
