Educational Requirements:
∎ Member of professional body ACCA/CA/ICMA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial planning and budgeting of all unites of the group.
∎ Ensure that books of accounts of all the companies under group in compliance with companies Act and other rules and regulations as applicable;
∎ Create good team spirit and assist supervisors to provide timely and quality management report;
∎ Provide all required and relevant data to auditors, Bank, Tax & VAT authorities.
∎ Finalization of different accounting reports on monthly, quarterly, yearly for management decision;
∎ Ensure monthly reconciliation of Receivables, Payables, Advances and Inventory etc.
∎ Designing business plan/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity;
∎ Cost benefits analysis of each activity in business processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum cost;
∎ Advising on Tax & VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the tax liabilities;
∎ Follow up existing bank interest/service charges etc as per sanction letter;
∎ Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
∎ Product costing and pricing decision;
∎ Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures, implement the internal control procedures;
∎ Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile;
∎ Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax/ Tally Prime)
∎ The applicant should have enough period of experience in Garments industry.
∎ The applicant must have experience in accounts, finance, tax & vat.
∎ The applicant must have experience in Garments manufacturing industry.
