Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Cost Accounting
∎ M.com (Accounting/ Finance)/ MBA with CA (Inter)/ CA(CC).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and preparing fund management, financial planning, budget preparation, treasury management, investment management etc.
∎ Follow company's approval policy & disbursements as per instruction from respective authority. Costing, Fund Management,, Payroll management, Investment, Tax, VAT, Banking issue, budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, Capex analysis, New project analysis, Audit, Cost control, Asset Management and make companies financial Report.
∎ As a Head of the accounts & finance is accountable for the entire financial and risk management operations of the companies, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
∎ Ensure that books of accounts of all the companies under group in compliance with companies Act and other rules and regulations as applicable;
∎ Create good team sprit and assist supervisors to provide timely and quality management report;
∎ Provide all required and relevant data to external auditors, Bank, Tax & VAT authorities.
∎ Finalization of different accounting reports on monthly, quarterly, yearly for management decision;
∎ Ensure monthly reconciliation of Receivables, payables, advances and inventory etc.
∎ Designing business plan/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity;
∎ Cost benefits analysis of each activity in business processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum cost;
∎ Advising on Tax & VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the tax liabilities;
∎ Follow up existing bank interest/service charges etc as per sanction letter;
∎ Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
∎ Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures, implement the internal control procedures;
∎ Arrange for debt and equity financing.
∎ Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile;
∎ Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

∎ The applicant must have experience in Garments manufacturing industry.
