Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company’s long-term strategy;
∎ • To lead the Accounts and Finance people and ensuring the growth of the company.
∎ • Implement cost minimization process effectively aiming to maximization of company profit.
∎ • Prepare periodical financial statement and submit to the management on regular basis.
∎ • Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the Management and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations;
∎ • Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the goal of the organization;
∎ • Financial analysis for project profitability analysis, Investment Analysis, Segment profitability analysis, business forecasting etc. applying modern accounting techniques.
∎ • Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss forecast;
∎ • Supervise and ensure of preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements;
∎ • Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation;
∎ • Complete analysis of financial results; Develop recommendations, both strategic and tactical;
∎ • Oversee cash flow planning, ensure availability of funds as needed, financing strategies & activities, as well as banking relationships;
∎ • Handle all Banking activities including handling of Foreign Remittances;
∎ • Handle Tax/Vat, Board of Investment (BOI), Insurance issues;
∎ • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems;
∎ • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile;
∎ • Any other assignment to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ • Applicant should have minimum 18 years working experience with at least 3 years working experience in the capacity of CFO level at Largest and Reputed Group of Company.
∎ • Age limit 40 to 50 year(s). However, for highly experienced personnel age limit may be relaxed.
∎ • Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet,etc;
∎ • Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ • Able to supervise a large Team.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
