Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Erection and Commissioning of all machinery at the project.
∎ Ensure the Fire Protection & Detection System design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute installation works accordingly.
∎ Maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
∎ Prepare Project report including progress report and submit to the management time to time.
∎ Ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required.
∎ Coordination with construction sites, head office and other relevant departments
∎ Ensure quality of works being maintained at highest level.
∎ Prepare installation/ construction progress report & submit to the management time to time.
∎ Ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment's and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ Any other assignments assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of Basic Mechanical functions including set up different machineries at new project.
∎ Good Computer Literacy.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Leadership quality.
∎ Ability to supervise the civil work of the project individually.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure;
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability;
∎ Passion for innovation & Creativity;
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ Teamwork and Team commitment;
