Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy

  • Identify new real estate investment opportunities, land acquisition, and development projects

  • Lead strategic planning with a strong focus on risk management and operational discipline

  • Ensure company goals align with market trends and regulatory requirements

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee all departments including sales, marketing, construction, finance, legal, and administration

  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) using efficiency and accountability

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction

Financial Management

  • Approve budgets, capital allocation, and major expenditures

  • Ensure financial transparency, cost control, and profitability

  • Review financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards

  • Work with investors, banks, and financial institutions for funding and partnerships

Governance, Compliance & Ethics

  • Ensure full compliance with land laws, zoning regulations, environmental rules, and corporate policies

  • Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and transparency in all dealings

  • Implement risk assessment and crisis-management protocols

  • Protect company reputation through disciplined decision-making

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and discipline senior management and staff

  • Build a culture of discipline, teamwork, accountability, and performance

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate key personnel

  • Enforce performance standards and organizational hierarchy

Sales, Marketing & Client Relations

  • Oversee marketing strategies, branding, and customer engagement

  • Build strong relationships with clients, government authorities, landowners, and stakeholders

  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and public forums

  • Ensure customer trust, transparency, and long-term relationships

Security & Risk Control (Military Advantage)

  • Implement strong site security, asset protection, and fraud prevention systems

  • Ensure safety protocols at construction sites

  • Conduct risk assessments for land acquisition and large projects

  • Manage crisis situations calmly and decisively

Board & External Representation

  • Report to the Board of Directors on performance and strategy

  • Act as the primary spokesperson of the company

  • Liaise with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and military or civil institutions
