Job Context:
∎ Applicants are invited for the post of Coordinator for Project of "SEIP- BGMEA- BWCCI- BIST" on prevailing terms and conditions.
∎ If you are an expert Project with vast experience in (SEIP, BASI, B-SKILL FULL, SU-DOKKHO, ANY Govt. Project)
∎ You must have to be expert in English & Computer.
∎ To ensure success as a Project Specialist , you should have in-depth knowledge in Project related work.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Responsibilities -
∎ The Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the project .
∎ Plan and implement outreach and intakes program through community engagement, field visits &, interviews in consultation with respective officials of Project.
∎ Ensure enrolment process, training activities, graduation, employment and track project participants’ progress & report training outcomes.
∎ Prepare training plan, assess training effectiveness and take feedback from program participants & stakeholders regarding specific program;
∎ Organize dialogue, meeting, workshop, seminar, and other outreach programs with key stakeholders and facilitate training on various programs in time;
∎ Maintain BGMEA/ SEIP/ BTEB/ NSDA standard in class
∎ Take internal exam and BTEB/SEIP exam preparation
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years in similar role in which at least 2 years Managerial experience in the related field.
∎ Computer skills is a MUST
∎ Training in Project Management/Entrepreneurship Development will be treated as extra quality;
∎ Should have excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Bangla .
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Residential facility
