Experience:
4+ years in culinary operations, training, or R&D
Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Chef, preferably in a cloud kitchen, restaurant chain, or QSR model.
Preferable: Candidates with experience in Cooper’s, Tasty Treat, or similar food chains will be given priority.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willing to travel to various Tiffin outlets as needed.
Passionate about kids’ food and healthy cooking practices.
Location: Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka (with travel to various outlets)
Responsibilities:
Kitchen Staff Training & Development:
Conduct hands-on training for kitchen staff on food preparation, hygiene, and presentation.
Develop training manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations.
Ensure all staff understand and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Food R&D (Research & Development):
Innovate and develop new healthy and kid-friendly recipes for the Tiffin menu.
Modify and improve existing menu items based on customer feedback and nutritional value.
Maintain cost-effective food production without compromising taste or quality.
SOP Implementation & Monitoring:
Regularly visit all Tiffin outlets to ensure adherence to Tiffin`s SOP and kitchen policies.
Conduct quality control checks, monitor kitchen operations, and report inconsistencies.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and kitchen hygiene across all branches.
Team Building:
Recruit, train, and mentor a reliable team of chefs who can be deployed to any outlet as required.
Build a pool of trained kitchen staff who are skilled and ready to support new and existing outlets.
Motivate and lead the chef team to maintain a cooperative and high-performing kitchen culture.
Reporting & Coordination:
Submit weekly training and inspection reports to management.
Work closely with operations, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure alignment in product development and kitchen readiness.
