  • Professional chef certification is a plus.

  • 4+ years in culinary operations, training, or R&D

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Chef, preferably in a cloud kitchen, restaurant chain, or QSR model.

  • Preferable: Candidates with experience in Cooper’s, Tasty Treat, or similar food chains will be given priority.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Willing to travel to various Tiffin outlets as needed.

  • Passionate about kids’ food and healthy cooking practices.



Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka (with travel to various outlets)

Responsibilities:

Kitchen Staff Training & Development:

  • Conduct hands-on training for kitchen staff on food preparation, hygiene, and presentation.

  • Develop training manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations.

  • Ensure all staff understand and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Food R&D (Research & Development):

  • Innovate and develop new healthy and kid-friendly recipes for the Tiffin menu.

  • Modify and improve existing menu items based on customer feedback and nutritional value.

  • Maintain cost-effective food production without compromising taste or quality.

SOP Implementation & Monitoring:

  • Regularly visit all Tiffin outlets to ensure adherence to Tiffin`s SOP and kitchen policies.

  • Conduct quality control checks, monitor kitchen operations, and report inconsistencies.

  • Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and kitchen hygiene across all branches.

Team Building:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a reliable team of chefs who can be deployed to any outlet as required.

  • Build a pool of trained kitchen staff who are skilled and ready to support new and existing outlets.

  • Motivate and lead the chef team to maintain a cooperative and high-performing kitchen culture.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Submit weekly training and inspection reports to management.

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure alignment in product development and kitchen readiness.
