Responsibilities & Context:

US-Bangla Airlines, the largest private airline in the country, is seeking a creative and passionate Chef De Partie for the Flight Kitchen section of its Flight Catering Center. The ideal candidate will be inspired to create delicious food items that exceed customer expectations and adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities: ·        

  • Prepare and cook meals according to airline specifications and recipes.        

  • Ensure all food produced is of high quality, properly seasoned, and attractively presented.

  • Supervise and support junior chefs and Catering Assistants.        

  • Provide training and guidance to new staff members.        

  • Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are up to the airline’s quality standards.·        

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.        

  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained.·        

  • Follow and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.        

  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and updating menus based on airline requirements.

  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.·        

  • Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
