• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Must be a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or hold an equivalent professional degree.

• Age 40 to 55 years

• Progressive experience in financial management, accounting, and strategic planning, with a proven record of strengthening financial governance and institutional performance.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing financial policies, ensuring full compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS), Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and internal control frameworks.

• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and fund management, including effective oversight of liquidity planning and capital allocation to optimize organizational resources.

• Proficient in taxation and regulatory affairs, covering corporate tax, employee tax, source tax, and VAT, with a strong command of audit procedures and cost management practices.

• Skilled in financial reporting, analysis, and system development, including the design and implementation of computerized accounting and management information systems.

• Recognized for strategic financial leadership, innovation, and the ability to guide senior management through data-driven insights to ensure sustainable growth and sound financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and uphold a comprehensive financial management framework, ensuring integrity, transparency, and strong internal control across all financial functions of the organization.

• Lead the design and execution of financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to guide strategic planning, investment decisions, and long-term business growth.

• Oversee fund flow and treasury management, ensuring optimal liquidity, prudent cash utilization, and an efficient capital structure that supports sustainable operations.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and company valuation, evaluating profitability, performance, and enterprise value to support executive and board-level decision-making.

• Supervise the preparation of forecasted financial statements—including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow—and perform detailed variance and sensitivity analyses to monitor performance against projections.

• Direct the implementation and modernization of financial systems in compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS), Company Act, and relevant regulatory guidelines to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting.

• Oversee fund management and investment strategies, focusing on capital optimization, cost control, and return maximization through sound financial planning and discipline.

• Manage all aspects of taxation and statutory compliance, including corporate tax, employee tax, source tax, and VAT, maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Provide strategic financial leadership by advising top management on business performance, growth opportunities, and risk management, ensuring data-driven and informed decision-making.

• Champion financial process automation and the integration of management information systems (MIS) to enhance real-time financial monitoring, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
