Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and evaluate transaction certifications submitted by clients for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
∎ Ensure that all certifications meet our high-quality standards and are free from errors or discrepancies.
∎ Maintain effective communication with clients to address any questions or concerns related to transaction certifications.
∎ Maintain detailed records of certification reviews, findings, and any corrective actions taken.
∎ Collaborate with the Bangladesh TC Team and other departments to ensure a smooth certification process and timely delivery to clients.
∎ Assist client for completing TC application in an online system.
