Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any subject from a repudiated university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary role of a manager is to ensure the daily functioning as well as monitor daily center activities and provide feedback for improvement of the drug treatment center
∎ Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the drug treatment center
∎ Strong technical ability to management day to day crisis
∎ Strong technical and management ability to deal with special vulnerable populations.
∎ Maintain collaborative communication with all technical persons of drug treatment centers such as Psychiatrist, Physician and Counselors for ensure better services of clients
∎ Supervise, assist and provide direction to the staffs/non-technical staffs in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
∎ Planning to marketing and campaigns to enhance the services
∎ Prepare program performance report for senior management and explaining variances by monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Communication and liaison with corporate, non-government and government institutions/drug treatment centers for ensure strong collaboration.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in NGO sector (Experience in Drug Treatment/HIV Prevention or other health related field/Universal Treatment (UTC) Curriculum) is preferable.
∎ Basic computer literacy.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
