Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, class scheduling, and facility management.
Guide prospective students regarding Japanese language courses, JLPT/NAT-TEST preparation, and career/study opportunities in Japan.
Manage a team of instructors and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and Japanese work ethics.
Ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively and maintain high student retention and success rates.
Execute local marketing strategies and social media campaigns to drive student enrollments.
Maintain student records, handle financial reporting, and ensure all center activities align with company policies.
Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure a collaborative work environment.
Act as a primary point of contact for student inquiries, counseling, and resolving issues related to courses or Japanese visa processing (if applicable).
Manage the center’s budget, track fee collections, and handle operational expenses.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the management regarding student progress, revenue, and operational challenges.
