Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and verify payments from Customer and suppliers.
∎ Accurately record all transactions in the accounting system.
∎ Prepare and issue receipts for all transactions.
∎ Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
∎ Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
∎ Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service.
∎ Assist customers with payment-related queries and concerns.
∎ Assist in processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and matching them to purchase orders or receipts.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
