• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital,Diagnostic Centre,Clinic,Healthcare Startup

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Diagnostic or Hospital accounts or finance.

• Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and healthcare billing procedures.

• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

• Good communication, analytical, and team management abilities.

• Sound knowledge of VAT and AIT

• Prepare and review hospital financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).

• Oversee IPD/OPD billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Assist in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including VAT, Tax (TDS, AIT), and other financial regulations.

• Monitor and control expenditures to align with approved budgets.

• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities of cost savings and optimization.

• Assist in financial planning, cost control, and strategic financial decision-making.

• Maintain financial data accuracy and implement internal control procedures.

• Lead and guide junior finance team members in their roles and professional development.
