Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change. Prepare shift based summary reports on the computer as per software provided by the company.
∎ Operate point of sale, scanners, Bkash and credit card/debit card terminals.
∎ Keep track of availability of Fuel & other products available in the station, let the purchase department know when stock level is low.
∎ Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner
∎ Collect payments and bag purchases for customers
∎ Maintain accurate cash drawer and supervise the entire shift.
∎ Take a tally of the funds in the cash register when required during a shift and produce transaction reports
∎ Keep the cashier's area clean and orderly
∎ To Make sure that all the sales staff are working properly according to the shift.
∎ To Interact with new and present customers and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
