Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Retired defense person (Military/Police) will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing security operations and leading security teams.
∎ Ensure safety of the company's properties, assets and staffs.
∎ Maintain proper discipline of the security guards.
∎ Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
∎ Handle any security related issue in coordination with school administration.
∎ Report daily activities and any incidents to the management.
∎ Asses the needs of security enhancement for any emergency.
∎ Deal with incidents as and when required.
∎ Ensure installation, maintenance & repairing of all types of electrical channel, lighting system, power point & all other electrical works which are needed to run a school.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ Ensure the smooth function of utility services.
∎ Organize and prepare campuses for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ Monitoring and follow up of a campus portfolio and furnish periodic progress report to the management.
∎ Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment of the campuses.
∎ Any other assignments are given by the management time to time.

Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
