Responsibilities & Context:
Collect, receive, and prepare patient specimens for laboratory testing.
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, urine, stool, and other body fluids.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols.
Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment or testing issues.
Follow infection prevention and biosafety guidelines.
